Specialties: As a Engineering Project Coordinator I work with a team of technical employees performing review of water and sewer infrastructure submittals from private developers ensuring all Charlotte Water design standards are satisfied. Some of the responsibility include project management tasks for private developer-funded water and sanitary sewer infrastructure, preliminary meetings, departmental meetings, plan review/approval, permitting and construction in accordance with CLT Water, State and Local regulations.I have worked in the private sector with responsibilities that include preparation of basic proposals and reports, project and client management, and construction testing/inspection, including subgrade evaluations, monitoring installation of shallow foundations and deep foundations (driven piles); field density testing (NC DOT Certified) ; reinforcing steel evaluations; concrete testing ( NC DOT and ACI Certified)
