Managed the implementation of Naviance, a college and career success software program, in 40+ high schools within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Scheduled and coordinated corporate run workshops; Designed and delivered focused workshops for counseling corps, other faculty, students and staff of external partners; Developed and maintained programming for student databases to ensure up to date enrollment and allow for access for all students.
