Acted as defect manager for the analyst community passing defects to the relevant analyst or third party and collating the responses and updating the defect management application. Was the defect manager for the first dress rehearsal event attending key decision point meetings, checkpoint meetings as well as setting up and chairing defect meetings when required during the event. I will continue this role during the implementation weekend.Wrote the support model documentation to allow incident management to know whom to call out in the event of a P1 or P2 incident.Post go live I am now working on the decommissioning of the old Debit Card Switch. Liaising with the old supplier to ensure they are completing their tasks as per the tracker. Also liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure all internal tasks are completed, updating the tracker with the relevant information and evidence.Previously worked on the migration of the Collection and Recoveries to an outsourced third party, specifically wrote the batch design document to migrate the data to the third party. I was involved in reviewing technical specifications from the third party detailing how they would deal with the data to ensure it was handled properly. Was a key member during the implementation undertaking validation checks of the data during the transfer to make sure that it had landed and been transformed successfully. Show less
