Helped implement and train account managers in new fixed purchase order approval process, increasing efficiency and return rate. Created purchase orders for uniform and office purchases.

Invoiced monthly contract billings, service billings and fixed billings. Performed journal entries to re-class and move billing items. Created and formatted reports to present to clients and internal employees. Assisted with new customer set up, including pricing workbooks, account creation and record keeping.

Assisted with transition to new integrated workplace management system. Handled payroll for group of 60 mobile business mechanics. Tracked claims for Fifth Third Bank and worked with the bank and facility managers to determine liability. Prepared monthly steering team report for US Bank. Tracked monthly critical performance indicators for Fifth Third Bank and other accounts. Worked with account managers and procurement to locate vendors for servicing Morgan Stanley and other accounts.
