 Trained 3 new Bail Agents in company policies, state laws, and bonding procedures. Designed marketing tools, on individual & company levels, exemplifying professionalism, ease of use, and responsiveness. Re-formatted application paperwork to reduce total paperwork required for bail, resulting in faster bail transactions and reduced costs. Executed bail bonds up to $450,000 by assessing risk, negotiating payments, and filing insurance and legal paperwork with the State of Connecticut. Prepared files of 10 employees with over 1,500 total clients for annual audits from the Connecticut Insurance Department and bi-annual insurance (Financial Casualty & Surety) audits. Designed and initiated use of over 50 documents upon formation of new company to track daily tasks, execute bonds, contract & instruct new Bail Agents, notify clients, calculate productivity, track fugitive files, and automatically generate completed required state reports.

 Successfully recovered over 130 fugitives with zero safety mishaps. Acquired and maintained over $10,000 of protective equipment and tracking software. Formed Bail Enforcement Agencies: JailBaiters LLC and Fugitive Investigation & Recovery Unit LLC. Organized standard monthly training, marketing strategies, and formed all paperwork relating to fugitive apprehension. Trained 4 Bail Enforcement Agents in fugitive tracking technologies, report filing, field policies, and apprehension procedures. Additional Certifications held: Bail Enforcement Firearms Certification, PATH (Practical and Tactical Handcuffing), OCAT (Oleoresin Capsaicin Aerosol Training).
