At Ecochlor we manufacture, install and service the Industry Leading Ballast Water Treatment System on the market. As the Chemical Supply Manager, I work with a multinational network of chemical suppliers of our two precursor chemical to ensure our ever growing fleet of Oil/Product Tankers, Bulkers and RORO Vessels are supplied and cared for. This involves inventory management, site development, chemical operations, multi mode logistics and customer support. Additionally logistics partner development and incorporation is a key role. As Ecochlor is an industry leader in Ballast Water Technology, developing a global network for cost effective, safe and reliable chemicals is of the upmost importance.

Main responsibilities included paying and monitoring weekly bills received by multiple vendors for multiple job sites and projects. Maintaining a quickbooks budget as well as inputing all financial and cash flow data into quickbooks. Office management such as monitoring and approving checks, time off requests as well as basic employee needs. Sending, receiving and filing new draws, plans, blue prints, estimates and invoices.

Main responsibilities included working directly with top management, President. Receive, review and document data into Salesforce.com. Assist in filing notes, business cards, contacts and emails. Aided in prospective customer research and profile analysis. Assisted in select conferences and summits. Traveled internationally with management. Filed and submitted expense reports as well as other reports and documents.

Traveled to multiple natural gas and crude oil exploration sites throughout the United States, mainly North Dakota, Colorado, and Wyoming. Staying on site for 2-4 weeks, working between 12-16 hour shifts. Would monitor, test, verify and record chemical levels, chemical usage, residuals over time as well as chemical burn rates. Would adjust, fix, monitor, and schedule maintenance of equipment. Would work directly with other companies on the job site, relaying information as well as safety procedures. Would organize shift changes as well as ensure constant productivity on travel days.
