1. Obtain daily customer lead contacts.2. Review lead information and initiate customer contact.3. Establish customer-LSI relationship and develop rapport.4. MLO should explore all options with customer including those that were not the basis of customer’s initial inquiry.7. Analyze available financial products. Determine which products best suit customer’s needs. Explain advantages and disadvantages of available products.8. Pull borrower’s credit report.9. Structure, negotiate and present a deal to the customer (in written and oral form)10. Secure approval or preapproval for customer.11. Provide to and discuss with the borrower any information related to rates, fes or terms, including answering questions about disclosures (in written and oral form).12. Determine investor for loan.13. Determine and structure loan pricing for both customer and investor.14. Issue rate lock commitment or discuss anything related to rate locks with borrower (including discussing and confirming lock/float status).15. Submit loan package to LSI processor for submission to investor.16. Coordinate with customer completion of any loan conditions imposed by investor17. Coordinate loan closing with customer.
