Current Ph.D. Candidate within the SUNY Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.I have several years of experience working in pharmaceutical analysis and formulation development and have since shifted focus towards development of nano-therapeutics for more efficient delivery of anti-cancer agents to solid tumors, particularly focused in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Current work explores the application of various pharmaceuticals including tyrosine-kinase inhibitors to exploit their modulatory effects on the tumor microenvironment to induce lymphocyte infiltration to improve the immuno-reactive effects of first-line chemotherapy in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitor agents.
