I am the community lead to manage the guild's social media account (discord, facebook, twitch and twitter) and update on our guild's brand content on a regular basis to keep the social media active and creative. By working closely and maintaining relationships with each game founders and their function teams, the guild can provide PR and marketing support while partnering in online/offline media event execution (example Apeiron guild war e-sports tournament).

Led a multicultural project team comprised of Shell engineers, technician, EPC project team and in-house contractors (~60 mechanical, 20 civil and 20 SIP contractor men) in the planning and execution of piping integrity rejuvenation and CAIR program. On-boarded a new EPC project team within a month of starting the new role to manage the mounting work loads in the piping integrity rejuvenation and CAIR program through proper scoping and sizing of work fronts and developing of Implementation Work Packs for the program. Managed civil day-to-day run and maintenance works like equipment and piping coating programs, tank farm bund-wall repairs, fireproofing and insulation works in the oil movement production unit. Ensured Goal Zero in safety records and incidents onsite, quality and timely work deliverables, strong stakeholders management, tight budget/manpower control and excellent project performance on-site.
