Our journey to empowering our clients business growth and our candidates careers has been transformative. I was fortunate to be able to start Magellan over 30 years ago. We began by building consulting firms and industry groups within consulting. Over time we have found our mission is more broadly growing businesses with the leaders that retain us. Then as the candidates we placed rose up in their firms and became our clients, we found a new passion, to help grow careers. Now our mission is expanding for a third time to include advisory services aimed at creating sustainable value for our client by sharing insights with them to help them keep the great people we find for them. With a unique approach to search that involves building long-term relationships, managing expectations, communicating proactively, and focusing on quality and retention, my firm has achieved an average success rate of over 95% and a retention rate two to three times the industry average. As a certified personnel consultant, a leadership and career development coach, and an author, I enable growth and transformation for my clients by providing them with leaders who are passionate, innovative, and adaptable.
