I have a passion for Consumer Products (CP&R) and have served in a number of different roles within the industry, throughout my career. As this sector continues to evolve and is now undergoing significant consumer, customer and technology driven transformation, past success is no longer a predictor of future performance, making it both a challenging and stimulating place to work every day. As EY’s Americas leader for the Consumer Products sector,, I help our clients and client teams develop and execute top line growth strategies as well as drive operating model and back office innovation to better serve their customers, consumers and employees. With the rise of responsible capitalism, socially savvy consumers and purpose driven employees, the balance between "what" and "how" has never been more elusive yet rewarding at the same time . I also serve as a Global Client Services Partner and trusted advisor for several CP Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining EY in 2016, I spent 16 years specializing in commercial transformation for Kantar Consulting, where I led global clients and engagements. I then spent my final four years with the company as the North America CEO, bringing together consulting, research and analytics capabilities into one integrated client-facing business. Prior to serving as a consultant, I spent ten invaluable years in the CP&R industry, learning from the ground up through the eyes of the clients I am lucky enough to serve today, including Mars and PepsiCo, where I held a variety of sales and marketing leadership positions. I received my degree in Economics from Bath University and moved to Atlanta, GA in 2003.
