Adverse in SQL, Report Builder, Maximo 7.2 & 7.6, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Capable of cre ating trackers and SQL programs to track and monitor various scenarios not limited to workload and materials.• Creating PM routes and maintaining a PM schedule using Maximo/SQL for various bases, ensuring they meet the criteria set within our SOP’s and set government compliance,• I have designed PM schedule’s using CAFM software (Maximo 7.2 & 7.6) for numerous bases in Afghanistan the largest camp, Bagram which had 1,800 facilities and 5,500 assets totaling 28,000 PM’s a year spread over numerous Job Plans.• One of 4 Leads that run the PM Program at Bagram with a working group exceeding 30, Personal covering a wide range of electrical activity’s such as PM’s, Repairs, TI’s, P1’s and engineering projects• Working knowledge of company management procedures and policy’sBefore I was made up to a lead my duties included but not limited to :• Generator wiring including grounding and bonding - inspections.• Periodical Inspections on British standards and NEC electrical systems.• Reactive and Proactive maintenance on electrical systems.• Project management of small works and document Control.• BS construction projects.
