As one of the Founders and CEO of Made Urban Apparel I have worn many hats since the company was founded in September of 2012. Some of these include working with the Sate of Missouri to insure we are compliant with all business operations, tax filings, permits etc. Other roles include accounting and cash flow management. Director of Sales operations for wholesale, retail, e commerce, and business to business. My two partners and I started this as a side business while working together at Sprint corp in 2012. Through loyalty and increasing sales numbers year after year we were able to hire on a handful of very talented individuals that would assist in Sales, design, marketing, photography, and operations. In early 2018 It became clear that this business was taking off and I decided to part ways with the corporate world of Sales management to go full time with this endeavor. I am always looking to connect with like minded individuals and always willing to serve those in my network however I can.

During a company restructure in 2017 I was offered a position to Manage a team of regional sales representatives. During that Time I grew and managed a team of 10 regional sales associates that sold security in 36 states across the United States. In addition to managing and coaching these individuals I also sold and managed my own book of business with a quota equivalent to the representatives I was managing. I left the company in may of 2018 with having one of the top 3 teams in the company to pursue the growth of my own LLC that I had been working on for years.

As the Sales support Manager for SHS I was lead of my own department within the organization. upon the completion of the eight week training program for new regional sales associates, I was the liaison and mentor for these individuals for the next two months. I provided additional training, one on one support, and sales mentorship. In addition, I created a retention program to provide support for struggling sales associates that provided intense Sales training from myself. I trained the bottom 10% of sales associates in my bootcamp to teach them the fundamental lessons and focus of inside sales to increase the companies retention rate and ROI per hire. Several of my associates that graduated from my training after struggling in there first year went on to win awards for top selling representatives for the company.

David Krough recruited me in late 2014 to come work for him at his new office shortly after obtaining his license to become a State Farm Agent. David was my little league football coach from 1st grade to 8th grade, and father of the best man in my wedding. I left AT&T to work for David Krough State Farm for one year to Learn from an expert in sales and entrepreneurship. With 30+ years in Sales and Business development, David Krough carved and challenged me to become great. During my time in his office I Sold insurance over the phone, direct to consumer in office, as well as travel to individuals homes to sell and write policies. I specialized in Life, Heath, Property, and Casualty insurance in both Missouri and Kansas.
