Technical Architect
CurrentQare is a unique on-demand, online-to-offline, virtual medical practice, offering integrated consultation services with French social security system and makes them accessible worldwide. Qare offers secure electronic medical records, coaching programs (e.g. stop smoking, pregnancy monitoring, etc.), and various medical curated contents (e.g. prevention of seasonal diseases, medicine records). Qare doctors can also issue prescriptions (valid all over Europe).Key points: + 50 doctors, + 15 specialties, + 5.000 consultations, 96% patient satisfaction rate.I took the existing micro-services architecture over and expanded it to follow company development and objectives. I've realised several micro-services myself and designed a significant part of the stack.Responsibilities and technologies used:APIs:- 9 ExpressJs (authentication, video, chat, payment, document, booking, pharmacopoeia, nutrition, directory)- 1 LoopbackJS- AMQP communication between servicesTest workflow:- Unit and integration tests with Mocha and SinonJs- E2e tests with Mocha and Supertest- Using FlowType and EslintJenkins & Travis:- Checks on every pull request- Continuous integration and deployment for all environment- Blue/Green deployment- Tests automatically launched if changes are detectedAPI gateway:- Kong- Oauth2 authentication- CORS management- Rate limitation on requestsInfrastructure:- Cloudformation / Terraform- Autoscaling with AWS ECS Fargate- Openstack swift on HDS provider- Websockets behind load balancers- Logs aggregated by Logstash- Private network on AWS and our HDS hypervisor cluster- VPN & SSH bastion- RabbitMq cluster- MongoDB cluster
