I am a mediator and arbitrator. As a mediator, I help parties reach negotiated settlements and thus avoid the risk and expense of litigation. As an arbitrator, I resolve disputes fairly and efficiently. I am an American Arbitration Association (AAA) Panel Member. I am also on the Independent Administrator's Roster of Arbitrators for Kaiser Permanente arbitrations. I am on the mediation and arbitration panels of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). I also serve on mediation and settlement panels for the Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo County Superior Courts, and for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

I represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of commercial and business disputes, including breach of contract, business divorce, real property, partnership, business tort, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty cases. I tried many cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels.
