• Worked with 11 DevOps employees and numerous products to provide support to automation pipeline. Managed entire pipeline, including infrastructure and machines, while utilizing Terraform and Ansible.

• Demonstrated ability to bridge gap between technical processes and terminology for non-technical customers and contacts.
• Led AWS adaptation, including migration, greenfield, and brownfield Infrastructure as Code (IaC), which were deployed across multiple AWS regions and availability zones, and completed automated CI-CD pipelines.
• Overcame barriers relating to ‘red tape’ and auditing that slowed processes and created bottlenecks to delivering work quickly and efficiently.
• Worked around roadblocks relating to technology that software could not work in harmony, timelines, short-staffed, and no requirements.

• Maintained multiple AWS accounts in performance, staging, and production manors. Moved data to the cloud and organized to make sense from an enterprise perspective.
• Built IaC with CloudFormation, Chef, Ansible, Test Kitchen, Vagrant, Packer, and Ruby/Bash (AWS-CLI scripts).
• Performed continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Test Kitchen, VRA/VRO, Jenkins, and SparkleFormation.
• Wrote tests before completing infrastructure. Built a product that was cloud-native and worked with sales to build on-promise.
• Used Test Kitchen to test work and improve successful deployment, in some cases by ten-fold.
• Monitored infrastructure with AWS CloudWatch, Site24x7, and PagerDuty. Collected metrics to determine issues, monitored errors rate and escalation thresholds, and filtered legitimate issues vs. non-essential tasks.

• Maintained multiple AWS accounts-built infrastructure using code from CloudFormation, Chef, Test Kitchen, Vagrant, Packer, and Ruby/Bash (AWS-CLI scripts).
• Completed first-time build of a whole stack while using multiple AWS technologies, including front-ends, back-ends, and tying metrics into all parts and into Slack.
• Built a chatbot to deploy code, enabling team autonomy.
• Built end-user agent pre-packaged OVA for import. Built onboarding install and custom system based on Linux.
• Built end-user agent install script with Bash. Leveraged ingenious method to provide keys that identified users.
• Managed code pipeline from commit to deployment using ‘DevOps Kung-fu’ workflow.
