Jonathan Por is a serial entrepreneur based in Singapore. Chairman of PIF Capital, he has won numerous entrepreneurial awards, chiefly Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA), Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) and Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA). He was instrumental in the development of PIF Capital, creating proprietary management consulting frameworks such as Capital Mastermind™ and CPTK® Matrix (Trademark Pending).He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey when he was 16, and founded Supreme Floors, Singapore's No. 1 laminate flooring brand, at just 26 years old. In the span of 5 years, he overtook over 30 competitors to become the market leader in Singapore. He grew the business from 3 employees to over 200 in that time.Having experienced the entrepreneurial journey, he understood the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and have discovered the formula to achieving fast-track business growth. As such, he became a business coach at the age of 36 and started to mentor, train, lead, guide and coach entrepreneurs so as to build A+ companies. In a bid to extend his outreach so as to build Asia’s Silicon Valley, he founded PIF Capital at the age of 46.
