I am a learning and development professional with over 40 years' experience in the civil service - in policy and operational leadership as well as in HR roles - and in the voluntary sector, where I worked on leadership and governance. Now retired from organisational life, I offer my insight, skills and experience to people at work through helpful conversations. These can be anything from a one-off exploration of a challenge or dilemma, to a longer term mentoring or accompanying relationship. My practice is centred on listening and asking questions.
