I have a broad experience starting in finance and later moving to leadership to take more accountability for improving performance and driving results. I am excited by trying to find solutions in order to serve customers in an efficient and effective way in order to drive business performance. I am a naturally people focused leader as people are the life of any business and always the biggest asset.I have twenty years experience in the Insurance industry, starting my career in finance, first the real nuts and bolts of Financial Accounting and then in Business Partnering. I have experience in Personal Lines, Motor and Home and Commercial Lines. After a number of years support a business to understand and improve its performance through insightful analytics, I took the step to take on accountability for driving performance and became a Regional Manager. I have embraced and delivered on my responsibilities as a P&L owner, and a leader of both Underwriting and Sales functions as well as having full operational and compliance responsibility. However my biggest learnings have been that you win by making things easy for your customer and you will only achieve anything with a highly engaged and motivated people.
