Owner and creator of JP Building Services. Responsible for all elements of the business, from producing quotations and winning jobs to undertaking and invoicing them.

As a two-man team we undertook projects from their inception to their completion, taking on the groundwork and landscaping, setting out, pouring of foundations, drainage, brickwork, plaster boarding and plastering, roofing, kitchen and bathroom fitting and decorating.

Undertook topographical surveys, including setting out on HS2 and EWR Projects throughout Oxfordshire to the Midlands.

Trusted mentor and advisor to junior members of staff. Liaised with clients on site and via email and telephone. Undertook complicated measured building surveys, elevations and sections in residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

I spent 6 months as an Assistant Land Surveyor. After excelling in the role, I was entrusted with undertaking my own topographical surveys, primarily for potential land development and boundary surveys.
