The role of Project Manager within this department has allowed me a strategic view while the MPD leader would be more focussed upon technical aspects of any asset/project.Resource management (Both financial and number of people required to complete the work) has been a focus of this roll with the PM being an integral part of integrated planning within which resource is an important part of the assessment of project viability.
