I am a architect with over 20 years project-based experience working with clients, end users, consultants and contractors in the design and delivery of projects within the education and student residential sectors. A skilled communicator and confident manager, I have worked for a number of local and international architectural practices on a range of projects, masterplans and competitions with values between £5m and £250m.Complementing this practice based experience, I have also gained invaluable client-side project management skills working in private sector development and the estates and buildings team of one of the UK's largest higher education institutions.My long-term commitment to developing a wide range of design, management and communications skills throughout all stages of several major constructed projects has allowed to me to consistently deliver projects that create enjoyable and successful spaces, on time and on budget.Since 2005, I have contributed to lectures and design studio teaching at Dundee and Strathclyde Universities.
