Collective Capital works with businesses and teams to create a culture of innovation. We do this by facilitating improv and design workshops that enhance creativity and teamwork.Started by six Stanford graduates and theatrical improvisors, our methodology is centered around improvisational theater training. We have found that the same tools that allow groups to get up onstage and create stories in front of live audiences foster the skills of creative brainstorming, mental agility, executive presence, resilience, trust, and collaboration. We combine improvisation with theories from design thinking, neuroscience, and behavioral economics to create and lead workshops suited to an organization's specific needs.Companies we have worked with include Box, IDEO, Innovation Endeavors, and Stanford's d.school.
