I hold many resposibilities in my Inside Sales Analyst Role with ComDoc. They range as follows: Analyzing many sources of data and information from current and prospective clients via constructive excel lists, social media platforms, inhouse database business systems, and company websites/profiles.Using discovered data/information to develope marketing strategies for prospective customers. For current customers we aim to set account reviews with customer care our top priority. Also identifiying customers that are coming close to term on their lease for equipement where we might engage them in new opportunity or provide further solutions based on data discovered.Once strategies are set I contact Executive-Level Personal to set appointments for our team of account managers to sit-down with the contact and conduct ComDoc's 360 assessment. I track all appointments set and follow them through a sales cycle until either a deal is signed, we execute a set time for future opportunity, or discover there is no opportunity.Other Responsilities Include:Working on seasonal projects, to include detailed walkthroughs of specific accounts to capture in person data, cost analysis, and volume usages for equipement.Periodic training and sit-in's with new account managers to teach inside sales strategies and conversation talk track techniques.
