Moved abroad for over 3 months to take part in the International Trade Solutions/Supply Chain team in Johannesburg. During this period i contributed to several internal and client based projects in order to improve business efficiency and performance.

Gained operational experience over the period of 1,5 years. I have been a full member of all imports and exports departments in both the Sea freight and Air Freight offices of Santova Logistics Netherlands. Over this period i managed general and project cargo from A to Z, from quotation to invoice, allowing me to get a thorough understanding of global freight and the position of a modern logistics service provider herein.

Performed a deep business analysis of the logistical processes of EDD. This thesis project contained a recommendation to change the internal logistics processes based on quantitative modeling. The overall thesis project was awarded with an 8 by both company and university.
