Shield produces Red-Dot Optical Sights for military and sports applications. Among my responsibilities are the following (not exhaustive):Generate designs in collaboration with the engineering team. Determine most appropriate manufacturing methods for product components. Make amendments to existing models and/or drawings according to Shield’s design change control process. Take part in Design Reviews. Arrange and / or conduct product testing in consultation with the Engineering team. Maintain awareness of new technology, particularly with respect to materials, manufacturing, portable electronics and optics.
