• Coordinate with a team of 60+ data scientists to ensure engineering best practices are followed and assist in troubleshooting issues when using the data science platform (Dataiku).

• Developed an application using SageMaker to generate predictions of a customer’s likelihood to churn in real time. This model improves on the current churn prediction by an average of 5 percent.
• Created a model factory application in AWS to automate creation, validation, and deployment of machine learning models into production. Application utilizes a variety of AWS tools including: SageMaker, Lambda, Batch.
• Oversaw migration of the team's entire model warehouse from a local server to the model factory application in AWS.
• Trained junior data scientists in Python, machine learning, and AWS.

• Analyzed marketing campaign performance and built models to optimize ROI. Model predictions allowed campaigns to increase ROI by 3 percent.
• Built a survival model to predict customer lifetime value. Average model predictions were within 1 percent of the customer’s actual value after 3 years.

• Developed machine learning application to predict the likelihood a customer would churn in a given time period. Model achieved a 10 percent higher accuracy rate than previous solutions. Application is currently used.
• Developed a model to predict customer revenue. Predictions are currently used to determine offers shown to a customer when they visit Cox.com.
• Wrote and automated Python scripts used for feature engineering and data analysis.

• Used SAS, SQL and Visual Basic to conduct analyses on large datasets to develop reporting that is used to support and advise AutoTrader’s sales force and dealer customers worth over 1.3 billion dollars annually.
• Used Microsoft Excel and SAS to create templates in order to automate over 40 reports. This allows our team to complete reporting tasks more efficiently and accurately, and allows the sales force to better serve our.
• Conducted ad hoc analyses to answer questions from dealers and the sales force, and to provide insights that are not available in the standard reporting.
