My name is Jonathan Lopez I am 32 years old, born in Manhattan, New York currently living in Bremen, Georgia. I have an associate degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Interamericana, Recinto de Arecibo, Puerto Rico. My previous work experience is with Lockheed Martin as a Remote Desktop Support technician. I have developed advanced troubleshooting and customer support skills while working with Lockheed Martin. I possess Windows, 7, 10, macOS, iOS, Linux, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Office Suite & Service Now knowledge and experience. While working with Lockheed Martin, I have resolved various technical problems via chat and telephone in support of internal and outside customers' computer hardware, software, and network-related problems. Most of my experience has been gained by working in teams, taking the initiative, and looking for different ways to solve problems. In the 5 years I worked with Lockheed Martin I have moved from Technical Support Help Desk Sr. phone and chat support to Remote Desktop Support. I am adaptable, responsible, a team player, and capable of learning new skills efficiently and working under minimal supervision.
