This was based on FinOps principles and provided a clear vision of how to encourage innovation while incentivizing teams to reduce costs.At a leading telecoms enterprise, I worked on an engagement deploying machine learning for FinOps forecasting using MLOps principles and AWS cloud-native tooling. My role included identifying gaps in the current data, developing an ML forecasting model, and architecting an MLOps platform. Edited sections for a Nebraska Tax Burden Study which would be presented to state congress and the public. The study employed a computable general equilibrium model to estimate economic effects of tax policy changes proposed by state congress.Learned SQL on the job to create economic data sets for other analysts to use in forecasting and modeling.

Used R and SQL to construct, transform, quality control, and formalize a large, thirty year set of groundwater data to be used in my thesis and by future graduate students and researchers. The goal was to take 2+ million manual groundwater observations, clean them, then convert to a 30 year panel data set for roughly 200 counties. Used R to conduct statistical analyses on the aforementioned data set, including a variety of timeseries regression models (fixed and random effects panel, OLS, finite difference) to gain inference and understanding on the effect of groundwater depletion in the High Plains Aquifer caused by crop irrigation and climate.

Assisted in the copyright check and development process for public presentations at a large industry conference, 'Uplinq 2010'. Initiated and temporarily managed the development process for industry conference presentations at London IQ while the project manager was unavailable.Received award from manager for outstanding performance preparing for conferences.Compiled a Power Point collection of roughly 250 smartphones which use Qualcomm microchips.
