Delivered a shareholder agreed PMO process detailing 16 business areas and around 100 work streams designed to improve all areas of the business from market development through to operational excellence.

Responsible for all commercial activity of a diverse farming business in Kenya employing somewhere in the region of 6,500 staff over 5 main locations in Kenya and in charge to deliver a commercial strategy to drive existing customer development as well as some new business progress in France, Holland and Dubai.

Responsible of the purchasing of all flower raw materials totalling around GBP 100m and a further purchasing budget for packaging at around GBP 10m. Appointed to the Board of Finlay's South African farming operations which included export to the UK, Japan and a domestic flower packaging operations to Woolworths South Africa. During that time I have been part of senior team supporting the sale of the business into private equity and formulating changing programs.
