Establish and continuously provide holistic college success services through direct student relationships with a caseload of over 80 students per year, with new students added every summer. Work primarily through the company-established "DEAL" Model, focusing on a student's needs in relation to their Degree status, Employ-ability, Financial Aid, and personal, Life based needs, all to fulfill the objective of closing the college graduation and employment first-destination gap among students from low-income, high-need communities.In addition, provided various levels of support from a staff-facing perspective, including membership in our DE+I committee, leading several student orientations, participating in interview committees for new applicants in various departments, provide essential feedback and trainings to newer staff, and leading a continual search for new and vital student resources through connections to various agencies and orgs throughout NYC.
