Transitioning from food service/hospitality to the tech industry through ICStars | Chicago has been a pivotal step in my career journey. As an intern there, I immersed myself in full-stack development and project management, setting a solid foundation for my subsequent role as a Project Manager Apprentice at United Airlines.In my current role at United Airlines, I lead Innovation initiatives within The Innovate Program. Notable achievements include leading a cross-functional initiative to migrate SAS products, resulting in 12 teams successfully migrating by the year-end. I facilitated collaboration between business and engineering teams, improving migration efficiency by 30%. Additionally, I updated internal analytics web resources, enhancing the user experience for over 1,000 employees.I have also spearheaded the ideation, planning, and execution of two Hackathons at United Airlines. These Hackathons focused on cybersecurity penetration testing and generative AI use cases, with executive leadership present and an expected turnout of over 50 participants per event.Beyond my professional endeavors, I’m also an entrepreneur who launched a business as an art instructor specializing in painting parties. As a self-taught artist, I find great fulfillment in creativity and self-expression.Driven by a passion for learning and a strong work ethic, I am constantly exploring new ideas and opportunities to make a significant impact professionally and personally.
