Providing a safe relaxed environment for people to enjoy good simple local food and drink in a quiet corner of County Durham. What am I good at:1. Making a coffee ( using Lontons fantastic coffee from Mickleton ) . Continious improvement of barista skills. 2. Bacon baps ( dry hand cured bacon from our rare breed pigs raised here on the whey from our award winning cheese). No waste. 3. Gourmet pizza. We make it all here. Keeping it simple. 4. Recycling and up cycling. The dairy is housed in redundant wagon containers, pizza oven made from scrap, cafe benches from broken fence rails. Tempted to visit yet? My personal passion is to get on with it, make it happen and do the best you can with the resources you have.
