Systems Administrator Ii
CurrentAdministers, installs and configures advanced enterprise systems for a wide range of technology including but not limited to: Microsoft, Office 365, configuration management systems, *nix, server hardware, storage systems, backups, security platforms, monitoring and any enterprise technologies utilized by the credit union. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for several systems within the credit union.- Acts as a SME for advanced support, escalations, automation, patching, upgrades, alerting, and configuration management. - Acts as a SME for ongoing security systems operations and security platform support.- Engineering systems solutions to provide enterprise class architecture.- Makes sure outstanding problems are being resolved, communicates to the stakeholder all updates through the ticketing system including triage/resolution specifics.- Makes judgment resolving issues of a technical nature, referring any complex issues to the appropriate team member’s/SME’s.- Support, coordinate, and work with the Networking, Helpdesk, Development, and Information Security Teams.- Provides intermediate level training and mentorship to Systems Administrator I and IT Teams.
