I lead KPMG’s sponsor coverage for the mid-market across Deal Advisory. This role encompasses deal origination on businesses of Enterprise Value up to £300 million, as well as providing market and deal insight to both PE and family offices, across all sectors. Prior to this, I have over ten years of experience in Private Equity origination, buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, IPOs, SPA advisory and locked box advice. I have worked on a number of large and complex global transactions across a range of sectors including healthcare, professional services, retail, oil and gas, TMT, education and manufacturing on deal values ranging from £10 million to £2 billion.

During my ten year of performing Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) in KPMG's Private Equity Group, I have worked for both large cap and mid cap PE funds, analysing the performance of businesses across sectors from Healthcare to ENR, and from Consumer to TMT and everything in between. Highlights included working on the Priory Group, including Advent's acquisition in 2011, leading Acadia's acquisition from Advent in 2015 and subsequent disposal to BC Partners in 2016, as well leading Care UK's disposal of several core divisions.
