Jonathan’s story with real estate is unlike few others. Growing up in Ottawa, Jonathan decided to move to the big city as soon as he finished high school to pursue his dream of studying music. Unable to get into any college or universities on his first attempt, he decided to take a leap forward and moved to Toronto regardless. Unbeknownst to him, this decision would change his life forever. In just his first year living in Etobicoke, he managed to save enough money for a down payment for his first property. And thanks to the help and encouragement of a realtor friend, Jonathan succeeded in purchasing his first condo before his 20th birthday. From there, the rest is history. This marked the beginning of his real estate journey that would change the course of his life and take over as his primary focus. Whether it’s investing, construction, property management, financial planning or marketing, Jonathan has done it all. Jonathan’s expertise and knowledge come from doing it and living it first hand.
