Oversaw operations of production facility, including Production, Maintenance, Blending, Safety and Shipping/Receiving. Oversaw daily production. Maintained communication between departments to insure production was efficient and the raw materials were available for current and future production runs.

Worked with 30+ vendors in procurement of all aspects of material for manufacturing (bottles, boxes, labels, closures, bulk base oils and additives, warehouse supplies).

Preformed ASTM standard tests on all incoming raw material, production blends (pre and post bottling. Sampled new raw material from vendors. Reversed engineered products, completed used oil testing for fleet vehicle program.

Accurately preformed blending procedures to meet production needs. Unloaded raw material bulk tankers and trailers. Worked closely with the laboratory to insure precise standards were met.

Worked on several different packaging lines for the various products that were produced. Maintained accurate daily production reports, submitted repair orders for machines when needed.
