• Ability to construct, assemble, repair and dismantle industrial machinery, Conveyors and equipment.• Ability to trouble shoot and repair all hydraulic systems in our plant that have secondary conponants controlled by directional, servo and proportional valves. • Ability to operate equipment: grind, file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications for proper tolerances to keep equipment operational. • Strong working experience with hand tools, wrenches, crowbars, hammers, rollers, dollies, hoists and other equipment.• Ability to understand, flow, design schematic diagrams, blueprints, shop sketches, and building plans, to ensure proper repairs to plant machinery, and the installation of new equipment. • Heavly experienced working with equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, mobile crane’s and overhead cranes.• Excellent welding experience in stick, mig, and acetylene. • Fabricate and install/ upgrade structural steel from safety rails to structures that support tons of pounds. Dial indicating line shafts for roll conveyors pumps and spindles, also including rebuilding of gear boxes, line shafts, pumps and conveyer systems.
