The Lead Process Architect - Continuous Improvement position plays a critical role in developing the technical architecture needed to support process re- engineering, efficiency driving efforts across GBS/Accounting. This includes the use of new digital tools and their interaction with the existing enterprise tool suite with a particular focus on the introduction ofrobotics to the organization. This role heavily collaborates with the Global Business Services (GBS) Global Process Owner Continuous Improvement, and liaises with all GBS teams, the Digital Transformation Team, multiple IT teams and our technology vendors to technically evaluate, blueprint, and execute the most high-value, process improvement opportunities. The position also oversees the work of internal/external Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developers, as well as a GBS Project Manager.

The Manager, Business Applications supervises and coordinates the prioritization, analysis, evaluation and development of software applications for the global organization.
