I’m very excited to announce my new position with Verde, as area manager for San Diego.

Spearheaded operations for the San Diego region to execute Brand new Department in Solar Roof installations while managing a team of 60+. Established customer-centric processes to exceed all KPIs while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Owned full accountability for employee development, safety programs, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Highlights & Accomplishments· Provided results-driven leadership, training, and mentorship for ten (6 man) Solar Roof Crews.· Maintained the highest quality of staff engagement through tailored coaching, mentorship, and relationship-building techniques.· Conducted monthly reviews of staffing status to ensure performance management and career development.· Aligned employees and operational practices with all Tesla policies, procedures, and legal regulations while creating a culture of continuous improvement.· Evaluated manpower needs and available talent to ensure the operation was properly staffed.· Created new formats and strategies to support the scaling of projects.· Executed 4-6 Solar Roof installations monthly and maintained an average installation efficiency level of 14 days· Catapulted Solar Roof installation volume by 170% from 1-2 installations monthly to 4-6.

Collaborated with the General Manager to manage efficiency metrics on installations and improve overall throughput. Led a team of 2, direct reports and provided field information on ways to improve and ensure safety, quality, and a world-class customer experience.Highlights & Accomplishments· Executed pre-installation job checks to ensure job sites were prepared for residential and military installations.· Ensured customer experience while putting forward best practices for field installations, member interactions, methods of engagement, and customer escalation procedures.· Led the successful installation of single day Power Wall installations for Residential, and New Homes, (goal was one), while maintaining efficiency and cost through a merger from the Temecula office to Vista.· Entrusted by management, to lead special project installations on muti-million-dollar homes.

Managed PV Crew (5) functions to ensure 2 residential home installations were completed daily. Maintained accurate inventory of our box truck to ensure smooth installations. Prepared and planned for installation in timely manner to prevent any setbacks on the day of.Highlights & Accomplishments· Maintained a strong culture within the crew to establish best installation practices.· Consistently trained new personnel to uphold all Tesla installation standards and practices.· Conducted daily safety meetings to ensure team would adherence to all safety protocols and compliances.

Hired as Jr, Installer for Solar City, in 4 moths time I was promoted to roof lead on a crew of 8. Six months after being hired I was Promoted to a Crew lead, being trusted by management to start and complete PV projects in a timely and efficient manner. As a Leader in the office, I was given the opportunity to study and get licensed as an electrician for the state of California, all covered by the company.
