Lead 800 developers, product managers, and UX designers globally working in 100+ teams, working on 150+ product lines. Responsible for consistency of quality and experience, while setting global standards. Establish thought leadership through delivering keynotes and public speaking opportunities.

Oversaw and led re-platforming of Telegraph.co.uk from eScenic to Adobe AEM. Led 6 remote teams working in parallel to deliver a 12 month website migration. During that period was additionally tasked with provided technical sponsorship of the flagship Telegraph Travel e-commerce site.

Responsible for managing and building all the teams responsible for supporting public facing websites, mobile and back end systems. Additionally responsible for internal facing IT systems, customer service focused desktop support and help desk to an installed base of over 1000 customers.

Lead both system administration and product support teams providing support for internal platforms, software and services, along with public facing websites, video portal and mobile applications. Manage day to day technical operations for PBS Digital, overseeing the PBS cloud hosting platform ensuring platform stability and maximum uptime and performance. Work closely with product engineering and QA teams to ensure that applications are developed to maximize cloud-based efficiency, performance, and reliability.

Strategic and tactical leadership for entire IT operations including software development and day-to-day operation of Support and Engineering teams. Directed support and monitoring of SaaS based online advertising service along with dedicated managed hosting and data center operations. Provided expert technical advisory throughout the sales process, collaborating with sales and business development groups.

Led software development team to drive innovation in SaaS based online advertising platform Maintained time lines and budgets for both short-term and long-term roadmap. Managed support staff schedules and operations while overseeing customer response and quality standards in the response time and accuracy of customer service.

Worked as part of a team performing a Y2K Banyan Vines to Windows NT network migration. Configured network servers, including hardware build-up. Deployed client-side software for the new network configuration. Provided end-user support and training to departmental IT staff post-migration.

Designed and built platform for speech recognition auto-attendant. Installed and configured speech recognition systems on various PBX and digital hybrid systems. Provided pre- and post-sales support and third level support. Managed and supervised first and second level help-desk technicians.
