I have hosted a passion for food and people for more than 20 years, having worked in some of the market-leading cuisine strategies and experiences. As with most who dream to do what they love, I have embraced the leap and stepped back into my full-time Catering business, after a great 13 years in the Leading Hotel brand of Africa.From humble beginnings, I bring an exceptional food experience that is supported by my years of Corporate events, that includes dynamic food brands like the Fire & Ice. I left behind the hustle of Corporate Food management to get back to the chopping board myself, that I might change Events and food experiences for those looking for a local but international heart. Every event I do allows me to connect with people and what it is they are trying to accomplish on the day. Every event should make a statement about your brand, company or individual expression. When working in partnership with you, I will ensure that the statement is an exceptional one, by creating a perfect dining experience that reflects you, your company’s and your brand’s image.
