Coaching the U14, U15 and U16 ASPIRE players as they embark on their Bears Journey.This includes assisting on a number of Inter Academy matches helping Ref, Coach and Identify Future talent. Assisted on the Pre season summer camps for the U16 EXCEL players.

Working in a range of Primary schools to focus on improving Physical and mental health though Physical Education lessons.Required to:- Plan each session to improve physical development.- Work with other Teachers to create a bespoke mental health plan for each class- work with small, targeted groups on individual plans to help specific SEMH needs.-Track progress of all pupils

Alongside working as a Child Development Mentor.I was the point of call for all schools in the Somerset and North Somerset area.I recruit new schools, manage different school plans and work with Head Teacher and PE leads to create a bespoke program for the Primary School focusing on Physical and mental health.I manage other Child Development Mentors in my area, providing feedback and guidance to improve their own practice and the provision they offer.

A full-time teaching role acting as an essential part of the Physical Education Department. I held responsibility for running the core Physical Education for years 4-11. As a senior member of the department, I was also involved in the implementation of new initiatives and introducing alternative sporting activities. I developed into one of the key coaches in the school for rugby, working with every team from the 1st XV to the year 3 teams. I took a leading role in the teaching of a variety of sports across all ages, including hockey and cricket.- Independently developed an athletic development plan intended to identify and encourage strong sporting pupils. - Developed a programme to nurture sports scholars. This included managing scholars sport load, acting as a mentor, and also putting on sports lectures with guest speakers.- Moderated GCSE coursework and assesses pupils in rugby- Proactively identified future sporting talent. I actively encouraged pupils on to the Bristol Bears development pathways. I worked with the players on feedback presented by Bristol Bears in order to promote development.

Progressed to an assistant boarding house master, this included 1 night on duty a week, 1 hand over duty a week, 2 wake-up duties a week and 1 in 3 weekends on duty. - Worked with the House Master and Head of Boarding to address any safeguarding concerns.- Developed a social interaction plan for pupils who struggled socially especially younger pupils coming in to the house.- Held responsibility for the boarding house during real life fire alarms, including registering the house and talking with the Deputy Head if there were any issues.- Developed new initiatives to help with the smooth operating of the house- Responsible for fundraising for the house charity

I was responsible for delivering core Physical Education through a variety of sports to years 7 to 11. I was also responsible for a GCSE class, teaching both the theory and practical sides of the course. I held a large role in the games side of the department, holding key coaching roles in rugby, hockey and cricket. Furthermore, I worked as a year 8 Tutor and effectively implemented the Tutor Programme. - Proactively identified talent in rugby players within the school and mentored them through the development pathways, linking them with Bristol Bears and Somerset set ups.- Communicated with Bristol Bears and developed strategies and extra sessions based on their feedback on pupils. This encouragement enabled pupils to improve outside the school environment. - Managed a Cricket squad and worked with the head of cricket to plan a progress pathway for a number of players who featured for the senior 1st team by the end of the season.- Head Coach of the senior u18 rugby 7’s team, responsible for game plan and implementing the coaching programme.

Active member of the PE department and supported colleagues needs either in lessons by teaching sections of the core PE lessons, or on the sports field taking teams in the three main sports. I was also deployed in a Boarding house of 60+ boys where I had weekly duties to complete as well as weekend duties.- Took initiative and spent spare time helping coach the 1st team rugby, to push my rugby understanding.- Wrote a number of rugby references for pupils moving on to university.- Assisted with a Cricket tour to Amsterdam. Oversaw logistical management of the trip, as well as supporting on all fixtures- Acted as a Rugby 7s Coach. I took responsibility for the coaching of the u13 and u18 squad- Acted as a competent rugby referee at every level within the school. Furthermore, umpired hockey and cricket across all ages

Assisted in the running of the Physical Educations programme for year 2 up to year 8. Sporting activities included Gymnastics, football, cricket, basketball, rugby 7’s, swimming and athletics.
