I help advise students in many areas such as course planning, transferring, Graduation, career advice, student services, transcripts, holds, and anything related to their education at Austin Community College. I meet one on one with many students to discuss a variety of topics. I help them get on the path to success and maintain on that path. I advice/mentor students while they are at ACC and even after ACC.

I provide office assistance to the department by assisting with administrative duties and responsibilities. In addition, I assist in collecting, verifying, compiling, monitoring, updating, tracking, and/or analyzing data related to the operations and activities of a department/assigned departmental program or function.I also help the department in promoting department services by providing faculty, staff, students, and/or the general public with applicable materials and information. One of my main duties is maintaining and updating course records as well as preparing, compiling, editing, updating, and disseminating various reports and documents. And I assist in responding to inquiries and providing ongoing support through e-mail, phone, and personal interaction.

-I helped students understand different subjects. I assisted and encouraged students throughout their learning process. I also helped review materials that were used in their classes, and helped explain various topics, and answered all the doubts and questions the students had regarding that topic. -As a researcher for AVID, it was my job to assist my employer with a multitude of tasks. My duties included conducting research, compiling data, implementing ideas, and helping write papers. I worked closely with the students in order to successfully complete my research regarding students in AVID and how the AVID program helps disadvantaged students become college ready. I also conduced research regarding the barriers these students face in our education system in Texas. I conducted research regarding the disadvantages that these students face and what AVID does in order to beat these disadvantages. Lastly, I finished my research by providing statistics on how most students in AVID end up being college ready after graduation.

I developed a streamlined community feedback strategy across programming, and a framework through which we could use and analyze the data to inform continuous quality improvement efforts and help CTFB understand and interpret quantitative data trends. The project allowed the CTFB Research and Evaluation team help interpret the quantitative data insights which was made possible through processes developed by my research data. I helped planning and continuous quality improvement efforts for the ultimate goal of measuring and improvement outcomes for the community.

I helped assist with engaging in direct voter contact and helping with other campaign projects such as drafting policy, writing op-eds, and office assistance.In addition, I had an active social media presence — had to represent Rita’s campaign online professionally and courteously. I also had to learn the voter database in order to target a selected group. Furthermore, I had to also research upcoming legislation, major fundraising donors, award nominees, and conduct candidate and field research. I had to participate in outreach to candidates to facilitate endorsement process; attend endorsement interviews and take notes.

-I was head cashier who accepted and processed payments.-As head cashier I made sure the guest were satisfied and the store was running well. -2nd year working at Little Caesars I became shift leader, and I had to deal with making bank deposits to the store's bank account, making the schedule, guest complaints, working every position in the store, opening/closing the store, and doing inventory.

I also addressed visitors and employees’ by phone and in-person inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer information requests.-Maintaining front desk security and security access lists, keeping track of incoming and outgoing visitors. -Filing and organizing paper and electronic documents, such as emails, invoices, reports, and other administrative records.
