As a Product Manager I built processes, documentation, and deliverables to help internal teams and clients better understand their data and get closer to an accurate number of leads & new customers. I helped develop internal tools to streamline project management, and ran special reports to help customers understand their lead-gen attribution over a 12-month period. I was also the trainer and problem-solver for data analytics and attribution related questions in the organization.I also helped the company and consulting clients move from a software-aided manual reporting process to an automated reporting system using Data Studio. This saves dozens of man-hours each month for multiple different departments and allowed the teams to focus more on strategy than reporting.

As an account manager at Oozle Media, I managed a cross-functional team of digital marketing specialists and report to clients monthly on strategy and results. I helped clients calculate CPL, CPA, CLV, and ROAS. I acted as a retention-based B2B client manager, as well as a team manager. Handling 1 on 1's, semi-annual performance reviews, and weekly coaching sessions was a regular part of team growth. I regularly relayed what I was doing to improve the team, and to train my direct reports. I maintained an average 98% client retention rate in 2019. I recently worked with a team member to develop and bring a new product offering to market.

The Team Lead role at Oozle acts as a bridge connecting the team to the clients. Work with a team of marketing specialists to project manage and complete a monthly marketing roadmap for each client. Manage team capacity and work with other teams and shared assets to coordinate projects. Report on team KPI's such as work complete, and monthly reports accounted for. Work with Account Managers to ensure all work will be complete and projects are properly accounted for and charged appropriately.
