Working in the retail industry over 5 years has helped me improve my Cultural Intelligence, Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Conflict Resolution, Safety Orientation, Interpersonal Skills and so much more. Gaining knowledge of every position in a retail job such as cashier, stock, salesperson, maintaining a fitting room organizing, and overall interaction with all kinds of people has improved overtime.
