Responsible for Harley-Davidson Financial Services globally across all areas of the business from strategy through to implementation and execution. Core business areas include motorcycle retail lending, branded credit card partnership, commercial lending, and retail & commercial insurance operations.

Led the development, delivery, and execution of the insurance and protection product portfolio supporting Harley-Davidson dealers and riders. Assumed executive oversight of Harley-Davidson Dealer Systems in January, 2020.

Led the protection product business, as well as commercial insurance products.

Led the development and management of the retail and wholesale finance products with direct & / or matrix responsibility for the Sales, Marketing, and Training functions across the Latin America region.

Directed GMAC / Ally Auto Finance insurance program strategy and execution across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America regions by managing a broad geographical team. Prior to moving into the global role as Director, led the European team as Regional Manager (2006 - 2007), and led the Latin America team as Regional Manager (2003 - 2005).

Managed the dealer-facing marketing and product development activities for General Motors and non-GM branded service contract programs.

General Motors Finance Staff. Rotated through assignments as Lead Brand Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst at Pontiac East Assembly Plant, and GM Truck Group Budget & Forecast.
