• Oversee the planning and execution of all Lambda events and projects to enhance public awareness of Lambda, connect LGBTQ USC alumni to each other and to Lambda, and maximize fundraising opportunities.• Identify, cultivate, and recruit LGBTQ USC alumni to serve as Lambda board members, donors, volunteers, and event speakers.• Manage and cultivate relationships with advancement colleagues across all USC schools, departments, and alumni associations.• Manage all aspects of Lambda Scholarship administration as well as scholar relations and events.• Represents Lambda at all official university functions.• Write and edit all communications originating within Lambda.• Develop and manage Lambda annual budget.

• Supervised the Scholarship Programs Manager and Program Coordinator.• Managed all aspects of the selections processes for all of Point’s scholarship programs, including the highly selective flagship scholarship, which receives 2000+ applicants annually.• Developed and launched the Point Community College Scholarship in 2016, which has since awarded 168 scholarships to LGBTQ community college students nationwide.• Developed and launched the Point BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Scholarship in 2020, which has since awarded 56 scholarships to high-need LGBTQ BIPOC students nationwide.• Oversaw all of Point’s scholar support and alumni programs, which include: the National Leadership Conference; the mentoring program for flagship scholars; community service requirements; the coaching program for community college scholars; and the Community College Transfer Symposium.• Collaborate with board, alumni, and volunteers on various committees that I managed to plan and execute the above-mentioned programs and events.• Support Point’s development team in providing scholar information for proposals and, when needed, accompanying on donor meetings.

• Oversaw nominations process and red-carpet experience for the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Miami. • Managed talent experience at all non-Media Awards GLAAD events.• Served as a “first-responder” to reported instances of defamation in entertainment media and worked with media outlets to help them develop fair, accurate and inclusive content.• Researched, wrote, and developed the nationally recognized “Network Responsibility Index” and “Where We Are on TV” reports.
