• Conducted research and development into a wide variety of innovative robotic technologies for use in automation, logistics, and human-robot interaction. This included physical prototyping using 3D printing, mechanical engineering design, electrical systems layout design, firmware development, and robust testing of new innovative systems.• Designed process flows and managed projects for large scale development from inception to prototyping. This included financial models, business justifications, projected developmental needs and third party vendor contractors. Managed meeting schedules and agendas and worked with teams to develop timeline estimates to achieve project goals, including CAD engineers, electrical engineers, control engineers, system integrators, project managers, and senior level managers.• Regularly performed live demonstrations of ongoing project development, this included management/control of live equipment and public speaking to both senior level management and the general public.Skills acquired;Project management and project lead experience gained through ongoing development and team based working environment. A variety of certifications and training in electrical safety standards and procedures. Management training including hiring interviews, and operations management. Large picture process development skills through regular brainstorming sessions.
