• Ensuring the quality production of precast panel
• Checking plans and drawings for accuracy of precast production
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force

• Review construction plans and bill of quantities before startingthe project. - Estimator (Formworks, Concrete Works, Rebar,Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, also Architectural works).
• In-charge in the implementation, quality checking andmonitoring of assigned on-going construction works relative toschool building.
• Responsible in the implementation and completion of all workitems relative to school building and roads, in accordance withthe approved plans, specifications, target schedules, as pergiven budget and above acceptable.
• Prepare initial evaluation report relative to the performance oflabor contractors in the aspect of quality, efficiency,timetables, and dependability.
• Initiate request and advice in cases of concerns and otherrelated matters requiring consent and/or recommendations ofthe Construction Manager.
• Prepare and review project documents and reports ensuringtimely and accurate delivery. Able to make modification asrequired by project operation.
